Like the Ancient Mariner of the Coleridge poem, Greybeard is a wizened mariner wandering the world recounting his stories. Graybeard carries a treasure chest full of maritime artifacts to stimulate questions and gives honest, historical answers to what kids want to know about his life at sea. (With a name like "Drake", the sea is in David's blood!)
